Returns Policy

All faulty jewellery bought through our website can be returned after 30 days of purchase and a replacement will be sent. The refund will be made upon verification of defect. In the event that the item you have purchased is discontinued or out of stock, we will refund you the money immediately. The Customer is liable for the cost of the postage for the return of faulty goods.

If your order is not suitable, we will exchange or credit within 7 days but it needs to be in the original packaging and not worn. The Customer is liable for the cost of the postage for the return.
